Delete your account

Permanently remove the hosting account and linked hosting data after backing up anything important.

Before deleting

  • Download every Discord bot and web hosting file you need.
  • Download available Pterodactyl backups.
  • Save invoices or billing records you need from Stripe.
  • Cancel any monthly subscription in Stripe when applicable.
  • Understand that server and account deletion cannot be undone.

Delete the account

    Open Settings.

    Choose Security.
  3. 3
    Scroll to Delete Account.
  4. 4
    Press the red Delete Account button and confirm the browser warning.
  5. 5
    When 2FA is enabled, complete the fresh 2FA confirmation.

    The hosting account and linked hosting data are removed and the site logs you out.
Be careful

Do not use account deletion to solve a login or server problem. Open a support ticket first when you may need the account restored or investigated.
