Frequently asked questions

How many Discord bot servers can I create?

Every account starts with 10 Discord bot server slots. The store can add paid extra slots. There is no current 2/4/8 free-plan selector.

How much does a Discord bot server cost?

A base server costs 3 credits per 24 hours. RAM, disk, CPU, and backup upgrades each add to the daily cost.

Where do I upload files?

Open the server in the Pterodactyl panel and use Files or SFTP.

Where do I change the startup command?

Open the server in Pterodactyl, open Startup, change the value manually, then restart the process.

Can I move an existing server to another node?

No. Back up and download the files, delete the server, and recreate it on an available node.

What happens when credits run out?

The paid runtime expires and the server can be suspended. Add credits and runtime to reactivate it.

How does auto renew work?

When enabled, the dashboard tries to use the current daily cost and add one day when about one hour remains.

What is the CoreX task?

Add CoreX to a Discord server you own, return to the dashboard, and claim the shown reward.

Is web hosting finished?

Web hosting is available in beta. Keep your own backups and expect parts of deployment support to change.

Do you offer VPS hosting?

VPS hosting is not shown as an available current hosting product. The current dashboard focuses on Discord bots, premade bots, and beta web hosting.
