Troubleshooting
Fix common signup, credit, Pterodactyl, file, startup, bot, ad, and web hosting problems.
Account and login
| Problem | Check |
|---|---|
| Discord login returns access denied | Join the X Systems Discord server, use the same Discord account, and retry. |
| Account blocked for another address account | Use the original account or ask support to review it. |
| Panel password does not work | Use the panel email/username and the password created during signup. Main-site Discord login is separate. |
| 2FA code fails | Use the current code and set device time automatically. |
Server and credits
| Problem | Check |
|---|---|
| Cannot create a Discord server | You need an open slot, an available node, and at least 3 credits unless Unlimited is active. |
| Server suspended | Add enough credits for the current daily cost, add runtime, and start it in Pterodactyl. |
| Auto renew did not add time | Check that it is enabled and the wallet had enough credits near one hour remaining. |
| Cannot change node | Direct switching is disabled. Back up, delete, and recreate on another node. |
| Upgrade button is disabled | The resource is already at its maximum. |
Files and startup
| Problem | Check |
|---|---|
| Main file not found | Open Pterodactyl Startup and set the correct file or command manually. |
| Cannot find module | Upload package files and run the correct dependency install command. |
| Python module missing | Check requirements.txt and install it in the server environment. |
| Bot token invalid | Replace it with a current token from the Discord Developer Portal and restart. |
| Upload fails | Try a ZIP archive or use SFTP. |
Ads and rewards
| Problem | Check |
|---|---|
| No ad available | Wait and try again later. Availability can change by country, device, and browser. |
| Ad timer does not move | Keep the ad tab visible and active. |
| Reward limit reached | Wait for the rolling 24-hour timer shown on the dashboard. |
| Daily reward reset | A day was missed, so the next reward returns to Day 1. |
| CoreX reward not ready | Add CoreX to a server you own, return to the dashboard, and use the shown claim action. |
Web hosting beta
| Problem | Check |
|---|---|
| URL says provisioning | Wait for server and URL setup, then refresh the web dashboard. |
| Website does not respond | Check startup, bind address, panel-provided port, files, and console errors. |
| Cannot upgrade web resources | Web resource upgrades are disabled in the current beta. |
Open a ticket
When the guide does not solve the problem, join Discord and open a support ticket. Include the server name, what you clicked, and the exact error text. Never include passwords or tokens.
