Manage a Discord bot server
Use the server management page to view cost and resources, open Pterodactyl, add time, upgrade resources, or delete the server.
Open the management page
- 1Open Dashboard, then Discord Bot Hosting.
- 2Under Your Discord bot servers, find the server.
- 3Press View / manage server.
Information shown
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Daily cost | Credits needed for each new 24-hour block at the current resource level. |
| RAM, Disk, CPU | Current Pterodactyl build limits after upgrades. |
| Time left | Remaining paid runtime. |
| Auto renew | Whether the dashboard should add a day automatically near expiry. |
| Suspended | The server cannot run until the reason is fixed, commonly not enough credits. |
Open Pterodactyl
Press Open panel to open that server in Pterodactyl. File uploads, console commands, startup values, power controls, and backups are handled in Pterodactyl rather than on the X Systems dashboard.
Delete a server
- 1Download or back up anything you need first.
- 2Press Delete server and confirm the warning.
- 3The server is deleted from Pterodactyl and removed from your account slot.
- 4When unused runtime remains, the dashboard calculates an approximate refund in whole credits and adds it back when applicable.
Be careful
Deletion cannot be undone. It is also the current way to change a server runtime or move to another node: back up, delete, and recreate.
Action cooldowns
The dashboard briefly limits repeated actions such as creating, deleting, adding time, or changing auto renew. Wait a few seconds before trying the same action again.
